DealerNerd has one person running the network. Travis Mitchell manages all devices and trains dealerships. He also created a way of developing IT Managers for your local needs. Each person trained joins the DealerNerd team to help other IT professionals in the same Dealership space.

Alliances are formed, and trust networks are built. These mesh-of-minds are appropriately compensated for their contributions and have secure borders for competitors in their area. We work together to help (sometimes give bad news) vendors improve their products.

We also have a White Hat hacking group. If you feel your dealership is not ready for an attack, we can simulate one. It's pretty easy, and we do it with style and grace. The idea is not to embarrass or get someone fired but to train.
